Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

7-Day Easy Exchange

If you're not completely satisfied with the fit, you can request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags must remain attached.

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging.

Size Doesn't Fit?

No worries.

We offer a one-time size exchange on eligible products, subject to stock availability. Simply contact our support team within 7 days of delivery, and we'll help you find the right fit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Item?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

For faster resolution, we recommend sharing:

  • Your Order ID

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • An unboxing video (if available)

Once verified, we'll arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Refunds are issued in the following situations:

  • You received a damaged or defective product.

  • You received an incorrect item.

  • A replacement or exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock unavailability.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, the amount may take additional time to appear in your account.

A Few Important Things to Know

  • Minor color variations caused by lighting or screen settings are normal and are not considered product defects.

  • Refunds are not available for preference-based reasons such as a change of mind. However, eligible products may qualify for a size exchange.
